Idempotency keys and health checks are standard reliability — not premium security. Enterprise security (signed idempotency, mTLS, upstream OAuth2, advanced policies) starts on Sovereign.

Launch, Scale, and Sovereign are three packaged operating models grounded in verified Finno capabilities — not roadmap promises. Sovereign engagements still start with a discovery call for committed-use volume and support terms.

Is Finno licensed or metered SaaS?

Finno is licensed platform software priced on monthly invoke volume with soft overage — not a per-request tax on every API call. Consumer, provider, and service counts are unlimited in every tier. As your volume grows, overage is billed without hard traffic walls on the hot path.

What's the difference between Launch and Scale?

Launch is a simple prepaid package with wallet funding, flat pricing, and core financial reports — ideal for MVPs. Scale adds postpaid credit, advanced metering, traffic controls, trial balance + general ledger, and export-based finance operations — but not subscriptions, HA clustering, or automated settlement.

Can I upgrade between tiers?

Yes. Most teams start on Launch or Scale and upgrade as traffic, billing models, or compliance requirements grow. Migration paths preserve your ledger data and consumer accounts.

What happens when I exceed my included invokes?

Finno uses a soft cap by default. You get dashboard warnings at 80% and 90%, traffic continues, and overage is billed in Cloud. Hard rejection is reserved for explicit quotas, fraud controls, non-payment suspension, or contract enforcement — not ordinary monthly overage.
